1. Be Respectful
Pindrop is for friendly geography competition. Do not use the app to threaten, harass, shame, target, or repeatedly contact another person. Challenges are invitations, not an obligation to respond.
2. Player Names and Photos
Do not submit a name or profile photo that contains or promotes:
- Hate, sexual content, graphic violence, threats, or harassment.
- Personal or confidential information about any person.
- Impersonation or a misleading claim to be another person or organization.
- Illegal activity, scams, spam, or links and contact solicitations.
- Content you do not have the right to use.
Use a photo you are comfortable showing to signed-in Pindrop players. Leaderboard visibility is optional and off by default.
3. Fair Challenges and Leaderboards
Do not manipulate round payloads, automate answers, exploit a bug, coordinate duplicate accounts, or otherwise create a score that was not earned under the displayed rules. Pindrop may recalculate, invalidate, or remove technically invalid or suspicious results.
The first leaderboards are for friendly recognition only. They do not award prizes and are not a complete anti-cheat system.
4. Report and Block
Challenge results and leaderboard rows provide fixed report categories for an inappropriate identity, harassment, impersonation, a suspicious score, or another rules concern. Reports do not include free text in this version.
Blocking hides that player's profile from you and prevents future challenges between the pair. Use reporting for a rules or safety concern; use blocking when you do not want further interaction.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
New profile content stays private until automated moderation approves it. Flagged content may receive manual review. Pindrop may reject a submission, remove an avatar, pause leaderboard visibility, invalidate a score, restrict a feature, or suspend access when needed to protect players or the service.
Maivor AB targets first handling of pending moderation and reports within 24 hours. This means an operator starts review and applies any immediate safety action; a complex investigation may take longer.
6. Questions or Safety Help
Use the in-app Report or Block action when available. For support, email daniel@maivor.ai or visit Pindrop Support. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
