1. About Pindrop
Pindrop is a geography game provided by Maivor AB, Swedish organization number 559539-4726, Sparrgrensgatan 10, 416 54 Göteborg, Sweden.
By creating an account or using Pindrop, you agree to these terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must not use Pindrop unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's account, or misuse challenges, referrals, or quotas.
3. Gameplay and Fair Use
Scores, streaks, statistics, challenge outcomes, referrals, and quotas are features of the service. We may correct, remove, or restrict activity that is fraudulent, abusive, technically invalid, or contrary to these terms.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Pindrop may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Prices and billing terms are shown in the purchase interface before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Purchases are tied to the Apple Account used for the transaction. Use Restore Purchases in Pindrop when needed. Refund decisions are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your Pindrop account in the app. Deleting your Pindrop account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Some data may be retained where required by law or in anonymized form for abuse prevention, support, and aggregate product metrics.
6. Content and Data Sources
Pindrop uses Apple MapKit and geographic or reference data from sources identified in the app, including Natural Earth, OurAirports, OpenFlights-derived airport metadata, and Wikimedia Commons images where shown with per-image attribution.
You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Pindrop except where applicable law expressly allows it.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep Pindrop available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every question, map point, score, or statistic will always be error-free. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Maivor AB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Pindrop. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
